Michelle Gnida is an area manager and master trainer with Dale Carnegie Training in the North Central States. Dale Carnegie Training is represented in all 50 of the United States and more than 80 nations worldwide.

In her role with Dale Carnegie Training, Michelle revels in helping clients move past barriers, take achievable risks, and achieve levels of success they never previously imagined. Specifically, she helps individuals, teams and organizations see and articulate the possibilities within their reach, and accelerate their activities to achieve them. Organizationally, Michelle’s clients have achieved new levels of sales success and developed scores of successful new leaders; individually, her clients have realized long-time professional and personal dreams.
Early in her career with Dale Carnegie Training, Michelle earned the Rookie of the Year award, and has since then won multiple sales awards.
Michelle earned her bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Iowa. She is an active member of the community, and serves on the board of her local Red Cross, and as a Sunday school teacher. Additionally, she is a past participant of Leadership for 5 Seasons, a program from the Cedar Rapids Metro Economic Alliance for community leaders committed to the future well-being of the area.
In her free time, Michelle loves to spend time with family and friends at University of Iowa football games, participate in triathlons and water skiing, and laugh around the fire pit!
